Before you write in

A few things are quick to check yourself:

• Reminders not firing? Confirm notifications are allowed for Avesia in iOS Settings → Notifications, and that Avesia has been opened at least once since you last restarted your phone.
• Missing a dose or reading? Nothing in Avesia is ever deleted automatically. Check you're looking at the right day, or use the Diary tab's history for anything older than today.
• Want a copy of your data? More → Your data → Export backup produces a file with everything in it, which you can also use to move to a new device.

What to include in a bug report

The fastest fix comes from the most specific report. If you can, include:

• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
• The exact steps to reproduce it
• Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About)
• A screenshot, if it's something visual

Response time

This is an independently developed app, not a company with a support team. Expect a reply within a few days, sooner for anything that sounds urgent (data loss, a crash on launch).

Medical concerns

This is a support address for the app itself. Questions about your eyes, your medications or your symptoms need your ophthalmologist, not an email to a developer. If you are having a sudden vision change, new flashes or floaters, a curtain across your vision, or severe eye pain, seek in-person care right away rather than writing in.
